We graciously welcome your family to join ours this Thanksgiving here at Brasserie Cognac for a very special dinner service. Our chef has prepared a delicious traditional prix fixe menu featuring 3 courses of your favorite seasonal offerings. We look forward to seeing you this Thursday, November 26th and wish you a happy, healthy holiday.

$70 per person ($40 per child under 12 years)
Served from noon to 11pm

APPETIZERS

Chestnut Veloute
Vegetable matignon, foie gras crostini and light whipped cream

Autumn Salad
Mixed greens, picked fall vegetables, black truffle-sherry vinaigrette

MAIN COURSES

Pennsylvania Farm Roasted Turkey
White and dark meat, cranberry chutney, braised root vegetables, chestnut-apple and foie gras stuffing and tarragon gravy

Scottish Salmon
Pan seared, butternut gnocchi gratinee, mushrooms and caramelized onion and sherry reduction

DESSERTS

Classic Apple Pie
Individual apple pie with pumpkin ice cream

Floating Island
Light poached meringue, vanilla sauce and caramel sauce
